Runway and taxiway conditions.

Hello,
I am part owner of Lot B06 and brother of Paul (lot B04). We are going to be flying down next weekend in two airplanes and would like an update on the general conditions of the runway and taxiway.
We're looking forward to coming down and hope the beer is still cold.

by the way when you land your plane watch ou for the perro caca from angel and coco...other than that runway looks good thank to choo-choo and the boys..A24
