Rumor is almost fact, awaiting money transfer possibly this weekend. Esteban is selling his part of Cielito (bar, motel, RV area) to Gabriel Carrera, a farmer from Mexicali. Gabriel has Jeffe Luis as his manager. There will be a party this weekend to hail & farewell Esteban & Gabby.

So how long before the back bar is empty and no beer? Glad to see a new post you must be busy or enjoying the weather! Miss you all see you soon

Hi Guys....just wondering how it is going with the new owner.......
Labor day has been ok....the beach has been socked in ....clears off for awhile in the afternoon......nice in Vista....wierd summer not very hot.

We are in Tx at Lackland AFB to see our granddaughter's grad. Her Mom dad and Sis (who will be leaving for navy boot camp the 27th) are also here. Got here at the end of the hurricane so wet hot and humid. We will be leaving here Mon. Thanks for ask Randy. love and miss you all see you soon!
