R&D (A41) new topic

To post a new topic, when you first get on the message board and click to see the topics or messages, there is a button right above the message listings saying "NEW TOPIC" hit that and you are on your way. Road travel is no problem. The bypass bridge the Highway dpt was building at Col. Guerrero washed out before it was finished a few days ago but is no problem..... It is bypassed

Dang.... double dang. When I tried to send a reply to you .... it said that I wasn't logged in and so it didn't post. SO THEN I asked to save it to a draft, and it said that it did that. NOW.. I can't see how to retrieve that even. SOoooo here I go again with my reply.
I can't find the section that you've asked me to click on. I'm using safari.... but internet ex looks the same on my computer. SOooooo.. I will look and try again later. I'm not the computer nurd that your are .... so be patient with me. I'm outta here for now..... this has totally wiped out my brain for now.
