JUNK OR STORAGE YARDS

To help dispel any rumors on this subject, we want to make sure everyone understands -- we do not intend the Rancho home/trailer sites to be junkyards or storage yards.
If you have a vehicle, boat, trailer etc, that you have use for every year or so, we have very little problem. It is when obvious junk sits for years or vehicles etc are not moved for years that we feel the site detracts from our community.
As an example, we feel the 3 lots below have junk or storage problems. Juanita and I are working with the owners to have them cleaned up.

amen....nancy and I appreciate your efforts...nothing worse than a bunch of sasparila-sipping snake=oil smelling knuckle..-heads trashing the duke's turf...viva el rancho cielito lindo.....be proud of your rancho.....enjoy the beauty...spread the word on clean=up and recycle....no mas garbage....andale....look around...keep it clean.....por favor....randy and nancy...hasta...don't be a fuddy duddy....not one of those are ya???.....
