Elsa is doing well, Richard too. Elsa is trying to decide where when if etc she will live at. She says hi. I think Richard & Mike moved the trailer

We have been so fortunate to watch several 're-births" of our favorite "ranch'. We were fortunate enough to have been there from the peacock stage to the new straw bale house to the daughter running the middle to having all the "kids" grow up and out and watch all of us try to pretend to "retire". We love you all and hope to get down sometime this summer. Spending May in Tortola and St. Marteen. Boy do I miss the White House pig/turkey digs and having Baby cart the goodies to the "outside" world in the plaza. Like the new look Dave, will post old pictures soon and embarrass us all.
