About 34 residents and guests showed up for the tripas, argentinian sausage, pork adobado and chicken marinated in yogurt and sriracha hot sauce. Tasty stuff, Dave did a good job. You shoulda been there.

Whats amazing is, that day, just that one day, there were no flies or mosquitos. The day before and after, yes. Plus we had good weather. Everything just kind of fell into place. AND the food was good, except for the tripas.
Hey!!! Marty, hows your weather up there? We hit a balmy 85 yesterday.

92 yesterday 88 today,but maybe up to 100 over the weekend! But not humid like NC were it was 97 & raining one day and blew a tire on trailer in Tenn. 102 with 98% humidity poor Randy couldn't breath & kept trying to fry his skin changing it :evil: If you go on a cruise in Oct you'll miss the party again, hope the funds from a buck-a-bowl is going well for it. Love & miss all......Marty
