Feb 2013 pig roast - Saturday

Not a single tourist here for the big weekend. We residents are having a pig roast for ourselves. We should have about 30 people, a far cry from the hundreds of people at our monthly pig roasts years ago. Roast suckling pig in the pit. The pig went in at happy hour and will come out Sunday at 2pm. 22 hours in the pit. Pictures of the results tomorrow.
