Dik is Stateside with his son, getting some of his personal affairs up to date. He and his house were horribly filthy..
We are in May gray here. Overcast mornings and sunny afternoons.
Cielito has hired Carlos, the former owner of Old Pier and El Faro Restaurant in Papallote, to furnish great breakfasts here. Really tasty and we hope he will have enough business to keep going.
Juanita moved our two pet Burros, Baby & Amanda, to a new corral at the house after some ass**ole hacked off Baby's tail at the base. Really upsetting.
Ricardo is still enjoying having the "Kids" around to help him out .
Hope to see more residents this summer.

To bad we can't find them and cut their tail off! There are some real sick people out there! We are in Medford for grad for the last 2 grandkids. Miss all of you ....Marty

Yup, makes you wonder about some people. We know people hacked off the burro's tail because there are knife slice marks. Could be worse. The news today had an article about a naked man in Miami chewing on another man's face. The naked man was shot & killed by police

sounds like dik kinda lost track of tax stuff..happy to hear his son paid attention..and helped...now he needs to get back to enjoy his ritual 2 burrito desayuna ...and another shot at life...jackass is not good enough for the tail butcherings..they are , plain assssholes.....may their tails be abused sooooon ..thanks juanita and dave for the updates...trying to get my ....stuff together..to get back to el rancho..big hugs for all..hasta pronto...
